Dallas Cowboys 2023 Training Camp in Oxnard, California

As the anticipation for the 2023 NFL season builds up, the Dallas Cowboys are gearing up for their training camp in Oxnard, California. This marks the 17th time the team will gather in Oxnard and the 44th year of holding camp in the Golden State.

The training camp, proudly presented by American Airlines, will be hosted at the Oxnard Residence Inn at River Ridge (2101 West Vineyard Ave.). Fans will have the exciting opportunity to attend all open practice sessions, free of charge, starting from the first workout on Wednesday, July 26th, at 11:30 a.m. (Pacific time) until the final open practice on Tuesday, August 15th. Public entry will open two hours before each practice.

Cowboys Back Together Weekend and Heroes Appreciation Day

The Oxnard training camp will be highlighted by the Cowboys Back Together Weekend, a special fan event presented by American Airlines, scheduled for Saturday, July 29th. Starting at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific), fans will enjoy live music, appearances by Cowboys Alumni, the presence of Dallas Cowboys mascot Rowdy, and an autograph signing with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. The event will also feature exclusive merchandise, exciting prizes, and giveaways. The highlight of the Cowboys Back Together Weekend will be the opening ceremony at 11:00 a.m. (Pacific), including a captivating performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and remarks from Cowboys Owner, President, and General Manager, Jerry Jones. Following the ceremony, fans can witness the team’s open practice session at 11:30 a.m. (Pacific).

Moreover, on Monday, August 7th, the Cowboys will host Heroes Appreciation Day to express their gratitude to military personnel and first responders for their service and dedication.

As training camp in Oxnard comes to a close on August 15th, the Cowboys will head back to Texas to continue their preparations for the upcoming season. The final portion of Cowboys training camp will take place at the state-of-the-art Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The team will announce selected practices open to the public at a later date, providing fans another opportunity to witness their beloved Cowboys up close and personal.
