  • Your name
  • Order number and product name (found in your order confirmation email)
  • Picture of the fault/incorrect item

We’ll promptly respond with a proper solution. It’s important to note that we don’t facilitate exchanges/returns for size unless it’s our error. For issues like sewing or printing problems, contact us first, and we’ll guide you through the necessary steps. Please refrain from sending your purchase back without our authorization.

Refund Policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will process a replacement without any extra charge if you encounter:

  • Non-receipt of the product within the guaranteed time (20 business days excluding processing);
  • Receipt of a wrong item (incorrect customized information, wrong product, or blurred product);
  • Receipt of a damaged product.

If you opt not to receive a replacement, you can request a refund without returning the incorrect or defective item. Refunds are not processed in cases where:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance delays).
